terms and conditions.

1. A deposit of £50.00 secures your date, and approximate requirements. no booking is confirmed until the deposit is received, phone calls and e-mails do not constitute a  booking.

2. Free delivery is for bookings within 35 miles of Haverhill, postcode CB9, for orders over £50. we are happy to visit  other locations and goods can be supplied, for a small fee.

3.All damages will be charged at £20 per cover and £2 per sash. Normal usage includes the  covers being dirty with wine or food. tears or burns are not covered, breakages will be charged accordingly. It is the resonsibility of the client that goods are the returned by the client to the supplier in a timely fashion and good condition. Our staff will collect goods from your venue, at a time agreed by you and the venue, any goods not available at that time or not in good condition will be charged for. 

4. It is the clients responsibility to ensure final requirements and payments are received 5 weeks before the event, or the contract may be cancelled at the suppliers discression. For cakes final requirements and payment are required 2 monhs before the event.

5. Payment by cheque payable to It's Covered, and sent to 2 Rye Court, Haverhill, Suffolk.CB98HS

6.  all DIY packages require a £300 security cheaque before the event.
